The programme provides multidisciplinary training in a range of neuroscience topics, especially those that are relevant to psychiatry and neurology, through taught compulsory modules and a choice of optional, specialised modules, both taught and research.
An Honours degree (2.1 or above) in a biological discipline, a medical degree (MBBS), an overseas qualification of an equivalent standard or, for medical students, an intercalated Master's; applicants with a non-biological degree are welcomed.
Assessment is by a written examination and a coursework essay.
Up to 3 studentships and 3 fees-only bursaries may be available.
