Midwifery (with registration)
The programme aims to support students as they progress towards registered practitioner level and beyond, and to provide a framework within which they can acquire and demonstrate both generic transferable competencies and those specific to their area of practice.
A minimum 2.1 Honours Degree in adult nursing (or equivalent); applicant must be a registered nurse (adult); for non-UK nationals: a minimum 2.1 Honours degree in adult nursing (or equivalent); applicant must be a registered nurse (adult) in the UK with 'indefinite leave to remain'; applicant must also meet the nursing and midwifery Council (NMC) English language requirements for registered nurses, with an international english language test (IELTS) score of 7.
Assessment is by electronic examination; clinical portfolio; essays; peer review; assessment of clinical learning.
