Economics for Competition Law

This course is for practising lawyers, regulators, academics or if you have a specific need for knowledge in this area. Gain an understanding of the increasingly important role that economics plays in competition law and when economic analysis is needed for a particular competition law case.

Entry requirements

An Honours degree (2.1 or above) in law or in a related discipline, or a qualified barrister or solicitor; applications from candidates who have alternative qualifications or relevant work experience are welcome.

Assessment methods

Assessment is based on assignments and examination for the Postgraduate Diploma; MA: dissertation.
