An Honours degree (2.1 or above) in law (or an Honours degree with at least 70% law content) or an equivalent qualification; or relevant experience; part time applicants should be working a minimum of 22 hours per week and should supply an official letter from their employer stating their working hours.
Assessment is through written examination, or in some cases by the submission of an assessed essay.
