Intellectual Property and Information Law

This course will help students gain a detailed insight into the fast-growing field of Intellectual Property & Information Law. The course combines rigorous analytical and critical approaches with practical perspectives and practice-generated problems.

Entry requirements

An Honours degree in law (2.1 or above); or a degree with at least 70% law content; or an equivalent overseas qualification; or exceptionally, other graduate studies and work experience; part time applicants are required to be working for a minimum of 22 hours per week, a letter of confirmation from the employer is required.

Assessment methods

Assessment is by written examination, or in some cases the submission of an assessed essay.

The Dickson Poon School of Law offers 2 LLM Entrance Scholarships per year: 1 covering full home/EU fees; 1 covering full overseas fees.
