International Business Law

This programme explores the complex legal issues arising out of international banking, trade and business from the standpoint of both transactional perspective and dispute settlement mechanisms (litigation and arbitration).

Entry requirements

An Honours degree in law (2.1 or above); or a degree with at least 70% law content; or an equivalent overseas qualification; or exceptionally other graduate studies and work experience; part time applicants are required to be working for a minimum of 22 hours per week, a letter of confirmation from the employer is required.

Assessment methods

Assessment is by written examination, or in some cases the submission of an assessed essay.

The Dickson Poon School of Law offers 2 LLM Entrance Scholarships per year: 1 covering full home/EU fees; 1 covering full overseas fees.
