International Financial Law
The programme focuses on the law, documentation and legal issues affecting major transactions in global financial markets and their regulation.
An Honours degree in law (or a degree with at least 70% law content) of at least 2.1 Honours standard or an equivalent overseas qualification; or exceptionally other graduate studies and work experience; part time applicants are required to work for a minimum of 22 hours per week; a letter of confirmation from an employer is required.
Assessment is by written examination, or in some cases the submission of an assessed essay.
The Dickson Poon School of Law offers 2 LLM Entrance Scholarships per year: 1 covering full home/EU fees; 1 covering full overseas fees.
