This programme equips students with the legal framework and intellectual tools needed to understand cross-border tax. It is also possible to prepare simultaneously for the CIOT Advanced Diploma in International Taxation.
An Honours degree in law (2.1 or above) or a degree with at least 70% law content (2.1 or above) standard or an equivalent overseas qualification; or exceptionally, other graduate studies and work experience; part time applicants are required to be working for a minimum of 22 hours per week; a letter of confirmation from an employer is required.
Assessment is by written examination, or in some cases the submission of an assessed essay.
