The programme will provide a thorough exposure to practical biophysics research in the environment of leading laboratories within a centre which has been at the forefront of biophysics research since its inception 60 years ago.
A minimum 2.1 Honours degree in physics;chemistry; or biomedical science degree (with a substantial biophysics or biophysical chemistry component) or an equivalent overseas qualification.
Assessment will be written up in the form of a dissertation, presented as a seminar and examined.
6 MRC Studentships are available providing funding for tuition fees and a stipend; all UK and selected EU applicants who meet the MRC's eligibility requirements for these studentships are automatically considered for these awards following the application closing date.
