Pharmacology

The course provides training in the design and execution of practical approaches to the mechanisms by which drugs act. Includes taught modules that provide a comprehensive knowledge base, laboratory practical and project based elements.

Entry requirements

An Honours degree (2.1 or above) in 1 of a wide range of subjects (e.g. physiology; biochemistry, applied biology; molecular biology; biomedical science; or similar) or an Honours degree in medicine; pharmacy; or veterinary science; or an overseas equivalent.
