Drug Discovery Skills

The programme consists of three main taught modules and an industry-based research project. Graduates of the course mainly progress to careers in the pharmaceutical industry or further study for a PhD.

Entry requirements

An Honours degree (2.1 or above) in biomedical science or life sciences or an overseas equivalent, with evidence of significant knowledge of pharmacology.

Assessment methods

Assessment is via oral test/poster; essay; presentations; practical reports; written exam; written diary; and a dissertation.
