Sustainable Building Design and Performance

This course takes a holistic approach to the process of the procurement of sustainable buildings and deals as much with the measured performance of occupied buildings as it does with architectural design intent; this course focuses on the gap between design intent and performance, integrating these 2 strands of the procurement spectrum in order to re-evaluate traditional systems for the design, construction and operation of sustainable, lifelong, adaptable low carbon buildings.

Entry requirements

Undergraduate degree in a built environment discipline and mature students with significant and relevant industrial work experience; overseas students require IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent.
