Thsi course explores the varying approaches to applying psychological principles to the workplace and how these ideas can increase organisational, team and individual performance in today's business environment.

Entry requirements

An Honours degree in a British psychological society (BPS) accredited psychology course; applicants should apply for Graduate Basis for Chartership with the BPS; applicants whose 1st language is not English need IELTS of 6.5.

Course modules

Modules include: Career counselling, training and development; leadership, change and consultancy; performance appraisal and career development; selection and assessment; ergonomics and human-machine interaction; work design, health and well-being; research methods and dissertation.

Assessment methods

Assessment includes coursework; group and individual exercises; computer based tasks; online discussions; skills sessions; and research project proposal and dissertation.
