The course provides you with the opportunity to develop research and investigative skills and a critical and research-oriented approach to the study of a chosen area of law. This course provides a practical avenue for you to develop your research, investigative, critical and analytical skills. It is an opportunity to produce a substantial piece of work which demonstrates the areas you specialise in.
Applicants require postgraduate Diploma in law; applicants whose 1st language is not English require IELTS of 6.5 overall,with a minimum of 5.5 in reading, writing, speaking and listening.
Modules include: Legal research theory and methodology; dissertation.
Assessment is through coursework and dissertation.
