Religion and Conflict

This interdisciplinary programme is designed to allow students to undertake sustained and focused study across the disciplines of politics and religion, with particular attention to the topic of conflict.

Entry requirements

An upper 2nd Class Honours degree, or its equivalent. Relevant professional qualifications and experience will also be considered. For international students: IELTS 6.5 score, or equivalent qualification.

Course modules

Modules: studying religion; theory and method in postgraduate studies; dissertation (20,000 words). Plus: conflict transformation and resolution; or conflict management and contemporary conflicts.

Assessment methods

Coursework and dissertation.
