The programme was designed, in consultation with NHS Partners, to meet the needs of practitioners and staff, ensuring relevance and value for health professionals. The programme builds on the introduction to clinical research in the Postgraduate Certificate and applied methodological skills gained on the Postgraduate Diploma. The 1st year is the PgCert and the 2nd year is the Diploma in Clinical Research. The final year completes the MSc and is undertaken in the students� own professional context under academic supervision. Students develop and undertake a 12 month research project designed, delivered and submitted as a dissertation.
1st degree in a relevant subject. Students whose 1st language is not English require an IELTS score of at least 6.5 overall (minimum element scores apply).
