The masterful and traditional Le Cordon Bleu Grand Diplôme® stands as a mark of excellence within the culinary world. The qualification which combines classical training in both Cuisine and Pâtisserie leads students to the forefront of the industry by using a unique teaching method to prepare students with basic culinary skills before they apply their knowledge to an exquisite array of produce and specialist ingredients.
This diploma is awarded after the successful completion of both the Cuisine Diploma and the Pâtisserie Diploma.
High school diploma or equivalent, evidence of English language. No prior culinary experience is required. All students must be aged 18 years or over.
Approx 32 – 39 hours per week.
The course costs £32,950. The course fee includes ingredients, uniforms, Wüsthof knife set, learning materials.
