The Diploma in Gastronomy, Nutrition and Food Trends has been designed to support the growing interest in health within restaurants, cafés and retail. The programme forms a connection between the disciplines of culinary arts and nutrition in alignment with current and future trends. Within the Diploma, students will consider the global context of food with reflection on sustainable systems. Graduates will be equipped with a range of multidisciplinary skills in the areas of nutrition, culinary skills and techniques, enabling them to work in a variety of food based businesses or as an entrepreneur.
High school diploma or equivalent, eligibility to study in the UK, evidence of English.
