Culinary Arts & Business Diplomas

Le Cordon Bleu London has created a suite of integrated programmes comprising our Level 4 Diplomas in Cuisine, Pâtisserie or Grand Diplôme (combination of our Cuisine and Pâtisserie Diplomas) with the Diploma in Culinary Management.

The focus of the programme is to provide fundamental techniques followed by advanced practical and technical culinary skills, in conjunction with gastronomy and supervisory management studies.

With an emphasis on creativity and innovation, the programme is designed to give students the specialised skill set required to achieve exceptional proficiency in their career.

Students can choose in addition to take the internship pathway programme. This option has been designed to provide students with an experience working in a professional environment as part of their culinary training. The programme will allow students to understand the business, different aspects of kitchen operations and apply theoretical situations to real life work practices in their chosen industry.

Entry requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; 18 years or older, competency in English Language (for non-native English speakers). No prior culinary experience is required.

The internship pathway is only available for students who have the right to work in the UK.

Course modules

Grand Diplôme with Culinary Management

(12 months or 15 months with the Internship pathway)

  • 9 month comprising of 3 certificates – Basic, Intermediate and Superior Cuisine & Pâtisserie
  • 3 month Internship (optional)
  • 3 month Diploma in Culinary Management.

Diplôme de Cuisine with Culinary Management

(12 months or 15 months with the Internship pathway)

  • 9 month comprising of 3 certificates – Basic, Intermediate and Superior Cuisine
  • 3 month Internship (optional)
  • 3 month Diploma in Culinary Management.

Diplôme de Pâtisserie with Culinary Management

(12 months or 15 months with the Internship pathway)

  • 9 month comprising of 3 certificates – Basic, Intermediate and Superior Pâtisserie
  • 3 month Internship (optional)
  • 3 month Diploma in Culinary Management.
