Entry requirements

A 2nd class Honours degree in the cognate subject of housing, health, geography, planning, social sciences or a professionally orientated subject of teaching, environmental health or community work or similarly related subject; or at least a 2nd class honours degree in a non-cognate subject with knowledge of housing, or significant practical work experience of housing, planning, and community development, or professional practice relating to the built environment and neighbourhood well-being. IELTS 6.0 with no skills below 5.5, or an equivalent qualification.
