This is an opportunity to explore a broad range of social and cultural developments in the history of Britain, Europe, and the wider world from the 1700s to the present. This course will engage students with perspectives drawn from other humanities and social science disciplines that will enrich their historical understanding.
Applicants should either have at least a 2nd Class Honours degree in the cognate subjects of humanities, social sciences, law or human geography, at least a 2nd Class Honours degree in a non-cognate subject supported by evidence of an aptitude for the subject applied for, or have equivalent experience or training, normally from within the work environment.
