Contemporary electronic music and sonic art is making increasing use of innovative audio software and interface possibilities to produce exciting and engaging productions, installations and performances.This course teaches the skills to meet both the technical and creative challenges of producing custom software and hardware solutions for electronic music and sonic art applications.
Applicants should either have at least a 2nd Class Honours degree in the cognate subjects of music, music production or audio technology, at least a 2nd Class Honours degree in a non-cognate subject supported by evidence of an aptitude for the subject applied for, or have equivalent experience or training, normally from within the work environment.
