Accounting and Finance
The course equips you with a well-developed understanding of both international financial reporting and management accounting. You will explore the theoretical principles of these subjects and the issues and challenges faced by companies when applying them. In addition to accounting, the course is designed to enrich your knowledge in other areas of international finance and business.
Honours degree in either accounting, economics, business studies, mathematics or statistics; or equivalent; or Honours degree in any other area plus significant work experience in a business environment; or Higher National Diploma or equivalent and 3 years' experience at a relevant managerial level; mathematics GCSE grade C; in exceptional circumstances students may be admitted on the basis of non-certificated learning where evidence must be provided demonstrating prior achievement of abilities and skills outlined above using standard scheme procedures; exemptions available for some modules.
