A 2:2 honours degree in a related subject or have equivalent experience or training, normally from within the work environment. If you meet the entry requirements, you will be interviewed and required to attend a pre-course induction session. IELTS: 6.0 with no skill below 5.5 (or equivalent).
Modules include: Leading; managing and developing people; skills for individual and organisational effectiveness; strategic context of human resource management; investigating a business issue (pg dip only), dissertation (ma only). Option modules: employee engagement; employment law; leadership and management development; managing employment relations; performance and reward.
