The course offer the opportunity for students to study for a research degree in an academic environment which values excellence in research and scholarship; increasing numbers of students are choosing to come to hope to undertake research degrees in wide variety of subject areas, and also become part of a stimulating, supportive academic community; research students come from around the world and contribute to both the research environment and broader aspects of student life at hope; students choose to study for MPhil and PhD degrees on a full-time or part-time basis; research students at Liverpool Hope work within a university which supports and is expanding research opportunities for students and staff; Liverpool Hope works closely with external research partners who include other universities, businesses and communities.

Entry requirements

An upper 2nd or 1st degree or taught Master's degree from a UK university; for international students the equivalent from a UK university; competence in spoken and written English language required; applicants with research or similar experience at an appropriate level may be considered.
