Recent research topics include: The contribution of secular social theory to research in Christian Education; analysing religion and education in faith-based academies; sharing hope and understanding; what would Jesus do now in the classroom; promoting community cohesion, school leadership & management; leadership, management and pupil�s academic attainment: reviewing the association within the Catholic sector 1993-2007; bridging worlds: ethnic minority pupils in Catholic schools in England; parents, pupils and their Catholic schools: evidence from school inspections in England 2000-2005.
Normally upper 2nd or 1st degree or taught Master's degree from a UK university; for international students the equivalent from a UK university; competence in spoken and written English language required; applicants with research or similar experience at an appropriate level may be considered.
