2.2 degree in a relevant subject; GCSE grade C or equivalent in English and mathematics; experience of observation in a mainstream secondary state school; interview.
Part 1: initial skills assessment; part 2: training plan; part 3: synoptic assessment; part 4: assignments subject to final assessment by external examiner.
