Liverpool Hope University
The course aims to equip you with the knowledge and skills to teach drama as a specialist subject in secondary schools. Through Liverpool Hope�s partnerships with schools in the region, you will be able to gain experience of teaching drama across the 11-18 age group and across a wide range of student ability.
2.1 Honours degree or above, incorporating at least 50 per cent drama/theatre studies/performing arts; GCSE grade C or above in English and mathematics; these can be pending but required before enrolment. Relevant mainstream secondary school experience in relevant subject within last 18 months; it is a government requirement that you take the numeracy and literacy skills tests as part of the application process; you must ensure you have passed them both before the start of the course.
