A taught Master's programme for coaches who want to enhance their capability via learning experiences which encourage analysis and critical reflection of personal coaching practice. You will develop: Analytical skills; critical reflection; problem-solving; an ability to manage the coaching process. Your work will be grounded in coaching practice and research, considering case studies and learning from peers and leading coaching practitioners. You will be expected to be actively involved in coaching during the course. Your study will be a mix of distance learning and intensive block teaching (full weekends).
A minimum of a 2.1 Honours degree or equivalent. Applicants without these formal qualifications but with significant and appropriate/relevant work/life experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
