Liverpool John Moores University
Advanced Educational Practice (Dyslexia)
You will develop a critical understanding of causal theories, the principles of identification and assessment, the basis of dyslexia-friendly practice and specialist multi-sensory intervention programmes. All modules are delivered via a combination of taught sessions and complementary online learning. The teaching is mostly delivered in early evening 'twilight' sessions and on some Saturdays, enabling teaching practitioners to fit their studies around full time employment.
