This is the ideal programme for those entering the teaching profession who hold a PGCE or PGDE award providing transferable credits at level 7. Study is closely linked to the expectations of the NQT year and early professional needs of new teachers and is linked to the Professional Standards for Teachers. Developing further as a reflective practitioner you will explore specific areas for development identified by yourself and your first school. Your skills in practitioner research will be developed and applied through small scale projects that focus on your impact on learners.

Entry requirements

You will need a minimum 2.2 Honours degree (or recognised equivalent); a Certificate in Education (post 16) with appropriate professional experience. All offers are conditional on applicants securing satisfactory Enhanced DBS Disclosure and health checks.
