Construction Project Management
This Masters course will give you the knowledge and practical skills required to undertake a variety of project management roles in the construction and property sectors after graduation. As the course addresses projects from the perspectives of both demand and supply, it is also ideally suited for individuals from other sectors involved in the procurement of built assets, for example, on behalf of project sponsors in the public sector. Close partnerships with industry and practice ensures the course � and our graduates � are responsive to the changing needs of industry, government, local communities and professional practice. he course is taught through a mixture of lectures, tutorials, seminars, projects and field study visits. An Honours degree in a relevant subject with a minimum 2.2 classification or a professional qualification of equivalent standing together with such relevant professional experience as deemed appropriate by the School. Non-UK applicants will be expected to have demonstrated competence in English language equivalent to a minimum of IELTS 6.5. Applicants who have studied and successfully achieved a UK degree within 24 months of the start of the MSc are exempt from this requirement.
