Entry requirements

Applicants must be experienced individuals who hold a degree or an equivalent qualification. Exceptionally, non-graduates with a significant amount of work experience and an outstanding track record can be considered. All applicants are required to take the GMAT. All applicants must also show the ability to speak, write and read English fluently.

Modules include: Advanced corporate finance; advanced financial statement analysis; behavioural finance; company sponsored project; credit risk; derivatives; emerging markets; energy (markets, models and strategies); equity investment management; european financial markets; financial analysis of mergers, acquisitions and other corporate restructurings; financial engineering and risk management; financing the entrepreneurial business; fixed income securities; global capital markets and currencies; hedge funds; international finance; managing corporate turnaround; mergers, MBOs and other corporate reorganisations; private equity and venture capital; real estate finance; securities analysis and financial modelling; strategy for MiFs; sustainability (implications of environmental and demographic change); time series analysis, market models and forecasting; topics in asset management; understanding the international macro-economy; value investing; venture capital and private equity; world economy (problems and prospects).

Assessment methods

Assessment methods include essay, examination, project and presentation.
