This course enables students who come from different paths of study to progress onto fashion management postgraduate courses or enter into employment; this inter-disciplinary course covers a wide range of topics, including the establishment of the fashion industry, its internationalisation drivers, product development and product life cycles, fashion forecasting, fashion marketing and marketing communications with a specific focus on social media, consumer behaviour and fashion branding.
An Honours degree at 2.1 or above or FDA with a merit/distinction profile in any discipline; or equivalent qualifications; interview; applicants whose 1st language is not English require IELTS 6.5 with a minimum of 5.5 in any 1 skill.
Modules include: Fashion language and context; fashion business environment; creative fashion management; fashion marketing management; fashion business project.
