The programme is designed to prepare you for a management career in a variety of sectors and organisations. The 1st year provides an integrative and multidisciplinary grounding in the fundamentals of management. Courses covering managerial economics, finance and quantitative methods provide you with rigorous training in the analytical skills needed for business. You will also take courses which develop your understanding of organisational behaviour, economic and political institutions, which will give you a crucial understanding of the context in which institutional and global business managers must operate. The 2nd year courses include strategy, a business project and a dissertation. You will be expected to complete a summer internship and you also have the opportunity to gain valuable international experience.
1st or good upper 2nd Class Honours degree or equivalent in any subject. All graduates of non-UK institutions must submit a GRE or GMAT score. English language requirement for non-native speakers (TOEFL/IELTS).
