This programme in human resource management primarily takes a managerial perspective and places HRM in a wider business context; it has been designed to allow students to satisfy the educational requirements of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) professional level of membership; students are given the opportunity to participate in workshops that help to develop the skills and competencies required by the CIPD and, if required, are given assistance in applying for CIPD membership.
A 2.1 Honours degree, or overseas equivalent, in any discipline. All graduates of non-UK institutions must submit a GRE or GMAT score. English language requirement for non-native speakers (TOEFL/IELTS).
