Media Writing

The course is project-centred, giving students the chance to carry out a creative, practice-based or academic project in media writing; if accepted on to the course, students conduct a project over 2 years, under supervision, as well produce a dissertation in the 2nd year on a related theme.

Entry requirements

Typical applicants are working full or part-time in the creative arts, communication and cultural industries, with a good first degree in the arts, humanities or social sciences, or equivalent professional experience. For example, a Bachelor degree equivalent to UK 2nd Class Honours Lower Division. Applicants should have a strong interest in developing an arts or media project. You should submit a project proposal for review which will be assessed in addition to other entry requirements
