International Finance and Management

Ideal for graduates with a degree in a business, economics or finance and accounting related disciplines, this programme has been designed for those seeking to develop a financial management career in either the public or private sector.

Entry requirements

Normally a good UK Honours degree (minimum 2.2), or international equivalent, in a business or economics subject that includes some accounting or finance. We will also consider your application if you have significant proven management experience in a relevant field or degree equivalent profession qualifications.

Course modules

Core modules: corporate finance and strategy; governance, risk and management control; investigating business practice; research methods; dissertation. Optional modules (choose 1): behavioural economics and financial decision making; international environment; public relations theory, strategy and planning; project management concepts and practice; integrated marketing communications planning and control; logistics and supply chain concepts and practices.

Assessment methods

Students are assessed by a combination of coursework and written examinations. Research and academic skills are taught to support the successful completion of your taught units and dissertation/research project.
