Applicants may choose modules from clinical communications, community, critical, counselling, disability studies and forensic routes, as well as core research modules of personal and professional development, preparing for academic practice, quantitative research methods, qualitative research methods, and dissertation. It is possible to design a specialised programme that is not available via 1 of the main routes.

Entry requirements

Candidates should have an undergraduate Honours degree; postgraduate diploma or degree-equivalent professional qualification; applicants should also hold a GCSE or equivalent in English language; exceptionally students may be admitted with an unclassified degree with significant relevant work experience; prior learning and experience may count for advanced standing.
