Graphic Design and Art Direction
You will normally have an undergraduate UK Honours degree or international equivalent or a degree-equivalent postgraduate diploma or a professional qualification. Alternatively, you may be admitted if you can demonstrate appropriate knowledge and skills at Honours degree standard. In addition you also need to submit a digital portfolio.
Year 1: practice 1: design intention, practice 2: design proposition; practice 3- graphic design and art direction major project; option unit (contested territories; digital futures, health and wellbeing; images and archives, making our futures - ecological arts and sustainable design; negotiated study; object and context; the museum and the city; writing research and funding proposals); professional platforms. Year 2: practice 4: contextualising; practice 5: realisation and publication.
