Textiles for Fashion
You will normally have an undergraduate UK Honours degree or international equivalent or a degree-equivalent postgraduate diploma or a professional qualification. Alternatively, you may be admitted if you can demonstrate appropriate knowledge and skills at Honours degree standard. In addition you also need to submit a digital portfolio.
Year 1 (MA full-time): practice 1: design intention, practice 2: design proposition, practice 3: design textiles for fashion major project, option unit (contested territories, digital futures, health and wellbeing, images and archives, making our futures - ecological arts and sustainable design, negotiated study, object and context, the museum and the city, writing research and funding proposals), professional platforms. Year 2 (MFA full-time): practice 4: contextualising, practice 5: realisation and publication.
