Strategic Leadership and Change
This programme is taught through a blended learning approach consisting of full day and half day workshop sessions and work-based learning activities to assist with time management.
Applicants will normally have an undergraduate Honours degree (or equivalent) in a related field; applicants with a different background may be admitted if they have significant managerial experience.
Applicants study 6 taught units: Developing professional practice; managing organisations in a global context; strategic management practice; thinking and leading strategically; organisational change; transition; managing employee engagement; organisational performance.
Continual assessment through assignments, case study presentations plus dissertation.
