The course recognises and incorporates prior achievements into the degree, offering an opportunity to turn past work experience into an accredited platform for career development; encourages reflective practice and analysis in relation to past and current experience, to provide a basis for future career development; to reflect students' professional experience, it is possible to include particular areas of skill or specialisation in the wording of the qualification.
Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree or relevant qualifications. Applications from experienced practitioners without formal qualifications are welcomed.
Assessment is by portfolio; essays; program plan; major research project.
