International Legal Studies
This course is aimed at students with a specific interest in State affairs and the interaction of states with other actors such as international organisations and individuals. This course will be relevant to students interested in pursuing an international career in organisations such as the United Nations and the European Union. Other sectors include:non-governmental organisations, the public and diplomatic sector as legal advisors and law firms.
A 2.1 Honours degree, or international equivalent, in law; applicants with 2.2 Honours degrees on their merit and those with degrees in other areas and those with professional law experience will be considered; applicants whose 1st language is not English require IELTS 6.5 (with at least 6.5 in writing) or equivalent.
