Environmental Law and Policy (Research)

The Environmental Law and Policy (Research) LLM is a programme of research under supervision. It supports the law research pathway in the ESRC North East Doctoral Training Centre (NEDTC). Students take modules in environmental law and policy as well as training in research methods and skills. Modules include applied research methods, environment law and policy, planning law and biodiversity and natural resources law.

Entry requirements

A 2.1 Honours degree, or international equivalent, in law. Applicants whose 1st language is not English require IELTS 6.5 overall (with at least 6.5 in writing) or equivalent.
