International Financial Analysis

This course develops an in-depth understanding of financial reporting and management in the context of the international financial environment. It analyses individual companies with substantial emphasis on corporate strategy, accounting and valuation. The global economic crisis, high-profile banking failures and increased regulatory supervision have highlighted the importance of sound financial management and robust reporting. This course has been developed specifically to meet this need. It provides you with skills in both quantitative and qualitative analysis. You will also understand how accounting and finance expertise may be successfully combined to assess corporate performance and valuation.

Entry requirements

A 2.1 Honours degree, or an international equivalent; applicants must also have a basic level of numeracy equivalent to GCSE or above; applicants whose 1st language is not English require IELTS 6.5 (with a minimum of 6.0 in each sub-section) or equivalent.
