Employee Relations

This programme has been designed and developed directly with large employers and unions who are members of the Employee Relations Institute. It offers a unique educational opportunity for anyone concerned with the development of effective workplace relations. Students also develop the understanding and skills needed for enhancing their employability and contributions to the workplace. As most students will be working part time, the programme has been tailored to suit this, for example through block learning.

Entry requirements

A lower 2nd Class Honours degree, although it is not necessarily expected that students will have a 1st degree or prior experience of studying at university. PG Certificate entry: students normally are expected to have a minimum of 5 years� work experience and that this includes 1 year experience of working in a supervisory, managerial or employee representative role. Applicants whose 1st language is not English require IELTS 7.0 or equivalent.
