This course provides training in contemporary medical and molecular biosciences through subject-knowledge modules and professional and key skills training, and a 24-week laboratory-based research project.

Entry requirements

A 2.1 Honours degree, or international equivalent, in a science-related discipline, or a MBBS degree; practical laboratory experience is desirable but not essential; applicants whose 1st language is not English require IELTS 6.5 (with a minimum of 6.5 in each sub-section or equivalent; international applicants require an ATAS (Academic Technology Approval Scheme) clearance certificate prior to obtaining their visa and to study on this programme.
