This course aims to provide biology, chemistry, and Earth and environmental science graduates with the advanced conceptual understanding, detailed factual knowledge, and specialist technical skills appropriate for success in a science-based environmental business. It will also help to develop students' knowledge and understanding of the framework within which business opportunities are identified and pursued within the environmental sector.

Entry requirements

A 2.2 Honours degree, or an international equivalent, in the following subjects: chemistry, earth science, environmental science, geology, applied science, geochemistry, or industrial chemistry; applicants with lower or non-standard qualifications will be considered on an individual basis if they have at least 2 years of relevant experience; applicants are expected to submit a personal statement of at least 200 words indicating why they would like to undertake the programme; applicants whose 1st language is not English require IELTS 6.5 (with a minimum of 6.0 in each sub-section) or equivalent.
