The course is designed to produce graduates who have developed a well-founded knowledge and understanding of marine engineering and its practical application. Students on this course will gain a sound theoretical grasp of the subject and practical application.
A 2.1 Honours degree, or international equivalent, in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, naval architecture, offshore engineering, ocean engineering or marine engineering. Relevant professional experience is desirable, although not essential. We will consider your application on an individual basis if you have lower or non-standard qualifications and significant, relevant professional experience. Applicants whose 1st language is not English require IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
